PolySignal runs on automated agents. For each one, this page shows when it last ran ('Last run') and when it last logged an event ('Last event', with counts over the last 7/30 days). An agent that finds nothing on a given day can show an old last event while running fine.
An agent only logs an event when it finds something to report, so an old 'Last event' is normal: look at 'Last run' to know whether it ran. 'not recorded' means that agent's runs are not tracked yet; 'never logged' means nothing has been found yet. Neither means the agent is down.
